Hello!  My name is Mandy and I have been in the dental field for over 29 years. I joined Grand Lake Family Dentistry in 2018 as an Office Coordinator. I maintain my Certification in Dental assisting so I can jump in and help the doctors chairside, as needed. I love helping people stay pain free and Smile! I have two children, Ben and Ally, and one Grandson. I spend my free time with my family and friends. I love spending time on our Beautiful Grand Lake St. Marys.  I look forward to meeting you!

Hi, my name is Kaylee Long and I started working with Dr. Lutz when he bought Dr. Widner's practice in St. Marys, Ohio. I am a registered Dental Hygienist and I graduated from Rhodes State College in 2012. My husband and I were Highschool sweethearts and now have three beautiful children, two dogs and I enjoy spending my extra time with them. I love working in the dental field because I get to build awesome relationships and help my patients achieve the best oral health.

Hi, my name is Jessica Ross. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and graduated from Rhodes State College in 2013. I joined Dr. Lutz and his team in 2015.  My husband, kids, and grandkids keep me very busy outside of work.  I enjoy spending all my free time with my family whether it's camping, watching the kids play sports, riding ATV 's or being on the lake.  I love helping people feel great about their smiles and giving children a positive experience in the dental office.

Hi! My name is Lora Ross. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I graduated from Rhodes State College in 1997 and joined the practice of Dr. Lutz in 2011. I met Dr. Lutz in college and reunited with him professional when we both worked at Dr. Fleagle’s practice. I have been married 23 years and have 3 Amazing children. My favorite thing to do when I am not working is spending time with my Family. I was born and raised here in Celina, Ohio. I wanted to be in the dental field because I found it to be the most interesting of all the healthcare fields. I am excited to work with you, make you smile and developing life-long patient relationships. I also have known Dr. Lutz’s wife Paula, since Grade school and consider to be a great friend. This is not just a place of employment for me but a Professional Family as well.

Hi! My name is Danielle Kremer. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I graduated from Rhodes State College in May of 2020 and started at Grand Lake Family Dentistry in September of 2021. You will meet me at the Celina location. I was born and raised in Coldwater, Ohio and just recently bought a house in Rockford with my fiancé. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with family and being outdoors. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to be a dental hygienist and help people get the smile they have always wanted. Hello, my name is Dianne Storer and I am the Lead Dental Assistant for Dr. Travis Lutz. I have worked with Dr. Lutz from the moment he graduated from Dental school. He joined Dr. Fleagle’s practice in 1998 and I was Dr. Fleagle’s dental assistant at that time. When Dr. Lutz ventured off and purchased Dr. Heitkamp’s practice in 2000, I went with him and have been with him ever since. I married my brother’s best friend and we are working on celebrating our 38th year together. We have 2 children, Derrick and Danielle. They have blessed me with 7 grandchildren. In my past time, I enjoy watching grandkids play soccer. My husband and I also enjoy bike riding and 4 wheel OFF-ROAD Jeep events. My husband actually got me my first dental assisting job with Dr. Fleagle. The rest is history! I love helping people and treating patients with the utmost care and respect.

Hi! My name is Mercedes Collins. I joined Dr. Lutz and his staff in December of 2023. I am currently enrolled in Sinclair Community College’s EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary) program. I plan to graduate in May of 2024. In my first 3 years of my dental career I was an orthodontist assistant which definitely grew my love for treating adults and children. I married my high school sweetheart in June of 2023. We have 2 dogs, Willow and Buddy. In my free time I like to dance, spend time with family, go golfing with my husband, and ride roller coasters. I can't wait to meet you in the Celina office.

Hello!  My name is Danielle Block, and I started working in the dental field in 2018 when Grand Lake Family Dentistry opened in St. Marys. However, I am no stranger to dentistry as my mother, Dianne, has been Dr. Lutz’s dental assistant for twenty plus years.  I am a front office coordinator at the St. Marys location. I truly enjoy every aspect of my job and look forward to helping all patients who walk through the door.

I attended Rhodes State College where I earned my Associates degree in Human Services. I am married and have three young boys. I also have 4 cats and an English bull terrier named Ozzy. My time away from work is spent caring for my children and attending all their sporting events.

Greetings! My name is Mary Stein and I am the Financial Coordinator here at Grand Lake Family Dentistry. I was born in Kettering, Ohio and lived in Michigan until 1987. When my father retired from the US Postal Service, we moved to St. Marys, Ohio. I graduated from St. Marys Memorial High School in 1989. I married my husband of over 30 years after a blind date and have 4 beautiful children- Kaytie, Kelsey, Kyle and Kristi, and 1 grandchild, Kamryn.  I have 2 dogs, Thor and Bucky, 1 cat, Ellie, and 3 guinea pigs, Rolo, Marshmallow and Toast. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening and spending time with my family. I am here to assist you with all your insurance and/or account questions and look forward to helping you achieve the Smile of your Dreams!

Salutations! My name is Kaytee Shroyer, and I am a Front Office Coordinator at the St. Marys location. I was introduced to the dental field many moons ago while living in Kansas City (Go Chiefs! Go Royals!) and fell in love with this career path. I pursued specializing in the operations of the front desk and have completed a variety of technical courses through the Scheduling Institute. It fills my heart with joy getting to help each and every patient achieve their best smile.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spoiling my dogs and spending time with friends.  I am also a huge sports fan, travel enthusiast, adrenaline junkie, concert go-er, and above all else love to spend time every chance I get with my family who lives in Iowa, where I was born and raised (Go Hawkeyes!).

I absolutely Love my job! I live in Celina, but spent most of my life living in Southern Ohio.  My Husband, Jake, and I have two beautiful children, Savyur and Ryatt. When I am lucky enough to have free time, I love to spend it with family and friends, reading and watching my favorite shows, movies, and being outdoors. I am a huge holiday lover (Halloween & Christmas are my favorites!!)  and always enjoy all of the festivities that come with them.
